Today was the last day of our reading contest between the 4 classes. We are
the green and yellow "Elephantitos". The "Changuitos" did awesome and beat
us by 40 books or so :).
The contest was to see how many books could be read. Every student was sent
home with bones and you were to write down every book that was read during
the week. it was fun seeing all the different types of books being read to
the kids too.

That's a great project. Anything is good that gets kids reading or read to.
That sounds like a great project! We used to have a reading program where if you read so many books in a month... or quarter maybe?... you got a free ticket to Six Flags.
