Somehow I ended up being one day off, so here's a cheat. Spent 12 hours working at the courthouse today awaiting a death penalty verdict. This is the courthouse cupola.

So I got sent out to cover a triple shooting last night and then was scheduled to work today and had to track down more details of it. When I got home, The Boyf had made chili for dinner and set out a glass of water and made me a salad, so all I had to do was put some chili in a bowl and I was ready to eat. I thought it was sweet and thoughtful.

My Valentine's Day present from The Boyf! No big deal, that's how we roll. Actually, I wasn't expecting him to get me anything, so this was a surprise. I got him a Blizzard from Dairy Queen.
