Made some Cheese cake strawberries tonight for desert. Oh dear lord they are
good! Super easy too!! Hollow out the center of a strawberry and cut the
bottom so it can stand. Then fill with a mixture of cream cheese, powdered
sugar and vanilla, top with crushed graham crackers and put in the fridge
for a couple hours. This is now my instant go to appetizer/ desert for
parties!

Tonight Clint spied some red tomatos on one of our cherry tomato plants!
Turned out that just one was ready to pick, but it was a tasty, tasty
little indication of great things to come. :D

Went out for my birthday dinner at Houlihans a few days early because we
would be too busy on the day of my birthday to go out for dinner. My entree
was free, so I got soup and creme brulee too.

Attempted to make Samoas today. They came out pretty well but I will be
doing thing differently next time. 1. A much better quality Caramel is
needed. 2. don't dip the whole cookie into the chocolate, just do the
bottoms. Other then that they came out pretty dang good!
