This is the men's restroom in the basement of my office building and for some reason there is combo required to enter. I've been inside, it is certainly nothing special.
Ha-ha! I have one doctor's office that is like that. They've had the same combo for at least 20 years. I don't understand why they have it because it's in an office park on a major highway and not some crime-ridden neighborhood with lowlifes.
