possibly for a story -- the video showed about five police officers handling a drunk guy. they had him restrained in a chair and one of the officers tased him (which seems suspect). but then i found charges against the suspect in relation to the incident and the documents say that the suspect was threatening the officers, so that would be reason why he got tased.... so it was kind of exciting at first, but fizzled out a little bit.
