It's an ongoing debate in this house as to what constitutes the "Midwest."
You'd think that, I, being the one FROM the Midwest, would be deferred to
on this... but whatever. Tonight while we were watching "How the States
Got Their Shapes" they defined it for us, once and for all. Well, for me
anyway. I'm done defending myself.

Just to be the devil's advocate, History also airs a show called Ancient Aliens.
I don't count ND, SD, NE, or KS as the Midwest... those are the Plain States... Or Prairie States... or the Breadbasket... or Tornado Alley... Regardless, they are not the Midwest.
I just want to know where 'West' is if these states are 'Mid' west...
