I made 'scrap' stock with all the leftover peels, cores and trimmings I've
collected in the freezer these past few months,plus a chicken carcass or
two.. I actually found one of the wishbones, fancy that.

Delicious!!

know eh!? Hahha, I leave the skins in my scrap stock as they add a nice yellowing color :) We used it in a hotpot this weekend!
