I guess change is inevitable. This corner used to be the fraternity housing at SUU. I'm guessing that they are tearing the old houses down to build newer ones, but I guess something else could be going there.
Why, because you have to walk more than 50 feet to a classroom? These people need to spend a semester at the U, and then they'd appreciate how good they have it (Damn kids...)

Hate to tell you this, but I'm pretty sure they're putting in a parking lot.
That would SUCK if they were putting in a parking lot!! Hopefully its a couple (or one) house.
