Made some Cheese cake strawberries tonight for desert. Oh dear lord they are
good! Super easy too!! Hollow out the center of a strawberry and cut the
bottom so it can stand. Then fill with a mixture of cream cheese, powdered
sugar and vanilla, top with crushed graham crackers and put in the fridge
for a couple hours. This is now my instant go to appetizer/ desert for
parties!

Renatta, I'm not a huge cheese cake fan either but my lord.... I could keep eating these for days. It helped that I also had some very ripe strawberries that were super sweet and juicy!
you can do the same thing with strawberry tequila jello shots ;)
