I found a fresh fruit/veggie stand this weekend and bought a dozen ears of
sweet corn. The guy wanted me to spread the word, so he threw in 5 of his
'ugly' peaches for me as a bonus. They were a little ugly, but they tasted
really, really good.
I chopped them up along with some fresh strawberries, a little sugar, and
threw it on top of some angle food cake with some Cool Whip Free on top.
Fantastic!
