Shit! Busted. At the fancy-pants grocery store today I found the new
location of the bulk chocolate, so it looks like I didn't need to buy that
11 lb. slab (#65, #72) after all. In my defense, the grocery store only has
the 60% dark and I bought the 70% extra-dark so it's OK. Better be -- I
ain't sending it back! :)
