Snow is finally melting, and the bedroom is taking on water. This has been an on-going problem, but this time is BAD--like water squishing between our toes when we step on it. Pain in the ass. We've got some serious work to do outside to fix the problem (hoping there's no serious foundation or wall damage), but the middle of Utah winter is NOT a good time for that.

i had that happen to me when i was in college, but with no way to get rid of it. i had mushrooms growing under my furniture and my landlord would do nothing about it.
i moved out, left my roommate to deal with it all.
Yuck. Not a good thing.
eeewww. be careful of the wires and outlets! water and electricity, ya know!
