Before meeting with the head of my graduate program I looked out of her
window and saw this strange scene. Her office is in an academic building
and overlooks a major interstate highway...why is there a tire swing?

And it seems to be up so high. It's good that some sick person doesn't put a rag doll in it or anything like that.
