Ahh, the joy of home ownership. Our hot water tank is leaking and apparently dying a slow death, so we are replacing it today with this.
When it comes to these things, I miss the days of renting. Ever hear of the comedian Mitch Hedberg? He said, "I went to the Home Depot the other day, which was unnecessary... I need to go to
the Apartment Depot, which is just a big warehouse with people standing around
saying 'hey, we ain't gotta fix sh*t!'"

I hear you. I own a condo so I'm only responsible for the inside. I hate it. Thank god Joe is an excellent handyman and can fix anything. (PS - I try not to abuse him. :) )
