This dude means that the Tiki Shack is now open again. It's a really good
Hawaiian shave ice joint right next to our favorite Pizza Cart (you can see
their chairs and cooler in the back left). When the Tiki is going, it's time
for some good weather and flip-flops.
A sign of good things to come!
