BEER BATTER FOR FISH & ONION RINGS 1 1/2 c. flour1/2 tsp. salt3 tsp. baking powder1 c. cold beer3 eggsSlightly beat the eggs in medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well with electric mixer. Use immediately to batter fish or onion rings for frying.
