Trying to stay ahead of our water problem.... We need to move this flower
bed. It's always been a minor issue, but this summer we 'fixed' the problem
by adding in a plastic barrier between the bed and the brick. It just make
it easier for the water to get in - we didn't consider Hydrostatic
equilibrium...
