Work has been crazy busy for awhile but this week seemed worse than normal.
Today I didn't take a lunch, stayed till almost 6:30 and still have a lot
that needs to get done. What doesn't make sense is I'm required to take
breaks, work slightly less hours, and I don't get paid overtime/extra but I
stayed anyway. It would have been so much worse if didn't have the student
worker assistant back this week too.

You should always take lunch and breaks and no staying late. The work will be there in the morning. Trust me.
I agree. Doing it all is admirable but can quickly lead to burn out.
I tend to burn the candle at both ends and then some.
You do not... You throw the candle in a bonfire and hope for the best.
