i'm working on how to build a desk for it now. ideally i'd like to have a full size monitor/keyboard/mouse but for now i'll be happy just getting a laptop up there. there's no ledge, so i'd need a desk for a tablet as well.
was reading this article where it said if you walked at a speed of 1.0 8 hours a day instead of sitting at your desk, and changed nothing else in your life, you'd lose up to 57lbs in a year.
