I have a catering event tonight so I made up some taco meat and chips so
the family could have nachos for dinner. I wish I had gotten pictures of
the event. It was my first real up close and in the action catering job. I
have done a couple small ones where it was just my boss and I. This one was
a team of people mostly students from a culinary club. It was a lot of fun!

Nachos, my favorite food right after pizza. Fitting, I think, given that I'm Mexican American.
