A total american spin on Mexican food. Ameraquitos for dinner tonight.
Taquitos with flour tortillas (not corn) and baked (not fried). I made up
some flour tortillas and some salsa to go with them and mexican "rice".

Love it!! I hate corn tortillas, and I'm all for baking instead of frying!
