Been working on my sleep habits (bedtime routine and such) to see if I can
start getting some better rest. Friend suggested essential oils, too, so
I'm trying a sample. Not sure it's necessary, but I kinda like it anyway.

i'm doing something similar. i spray myself with an essential oil mixture right before bed. i dunno if it really works or if i've convinced myself it does. hehe
